All attempts failed with the message "Windows could not connect to the device (Error 37)" We attempted to force the update of these drivers several times, allowing windows to automatically search for the driver, as well as manually selecting the driver. Upon un-installing the software, the mouse and keyboard would start working again, but none of the special features of the keyboard were working.Īfter attempting to re-install setpoint several times, we noticed that the drivers for the keyboard and mouse were not loading correctly (under the driver manager, you could see the yellow alert icon).
